The Order Process

Once you decided to purchase some artwork from me, please do the following:
 
The process of purchasing is very simple:
 
1. Send me an email and tell me which painting you would like to buy along with your shipping details and payment method. Please see below for payment options.
 
2. Once payment is made, we will receive an instant notification from the Bank to inform us that you have made a payment we contact you to confirm it by phone or email.
 
3 .Upon receipt of the specified amount of money to our account, we send or deliver you the purchased artwork. The purchased goods will be sent to any of the addresses specified by you.
 
4. Once a painting is ordered, it usually takes us up to 8 / 9 business days to send it.

Payment Methods

I accept the following payment methods:
 
a- PayPal for less than $500 paintings. Payment can be made by clicking on "Buy Now" button. 
b- Bank transfer (telex transfer)
c- Money orders
d- Cash (if you live in my area)

Shipping & Handling

The painting will be sent to you in a rolled condition in a mailing tube, without the stretching bars. This is the most secure way to deliver large paintings. Your local frame shop will be glad to help you re-stretch the canvas or frame it.
 
My paintings are professionally packaged with bubble wrap and polyfoam sheets where necessary. The paintings are then rolled and then place in the tube, for security ‘FRAGILE’ stickers are placed all over the box.
 
Free Worldwide Delivery

We send works of art free to any country. We cooperate with leading couriers providing high-quality deliveries within shortest possible terms. These are: DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS
 
A receipt and Certificate of Authenticity are included with every painting, stating  the details of the purchase.
 
Once the order is dispatched, you can track your order and the delivery status.
 
If the purchaser is not completely satisfied with the artwork, the purchase price minus any shipping costs incurred by me will be reimbursed upon return of the artwork.

Certificate of Authenticity

A certificate of authenticity is provided with all the paintings I create. The certificate states the following:
a- The painting's name and dimensions 
b- The artist's name (myself) and the fact that it is hand-made 
c- The date the painting was created 
d- The media used (acrylic) 
e- The location where it was created 
f-  My signature

Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

I offer a seven-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with the artwork, you have seven days to notify me by email. You will need to fund the return shipping to return the piece. Please make sure you package the piece the best way that you can in the original packaging material.
 
The purchase price minus any shipping costs incurred by me will be reimbursed upon return of the artwork.
